Just some websites supporting nuclear energy...

For the record, nuclear energy is NOT renewable, like wind or solar. We have to mine the element used to make this type of energy. However, it is very abundant here at home and around the world. It is much more efficient to produce than other types of energy. It will last at least 200 years, if not longer and if no advances in the technology are made. Nuclear energy would cut my electric bill in half.

Besides a completely renewable source of energy, this appears to be the next best thing for our electric needs. Since renewable energy is relatively unpredictable (the sun and wind are not reliable in all parts of the country) we will surely need an efficient source of energy to go along with our renewable energy sources when it comes to the electricity of the future.
